Many young people complete school without employable skills, leading to frustration and poverty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Skills Training Program<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>KYDG provides <strong>hands-on training programs<\/strong> in various fields such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tailoring and fashion design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carpentry and joinery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hairdressing and beauty<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer and digital literacy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agribusiness and entrepreneurship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These programs help youth become <strong>self-reliant and job creators<\/strong> rather than job seekers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Real Stories, Real Impact<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Young women who once dropped out of school due to financial struggles are now running small tailoring businesses. Others have joined ICT training and can now use computers confidently.
