How We Started
Kangave Youth Development Group began with a desire to help young people facing difficulties in accessing education and opportunities. The organisation grew from a community effort into a wider commitment to youth development in Luwero District.
We recognise that school fees, limited access to practical skills and a lack of information can make it harder for young people to plan for their future. Our work responds to these challenges through education support, training, leadership activities and community engagement.
Today, we continue working towards a community where young people can develop their abilities, take responsibility for their lives and contribute positively to society.
Our Vision
A transformed, empowered and skilled youth population in Luwero, where young people are self-reliant and resilient.
Our Mission
To support young people in Luwero through education, skills training, positive values and access to information using open-source technology, helping them become productive and responsible members of society.
